Returns/ Exchanges / Refunds
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
- Original invoice must be submitted.
- Item must not be damaged or used.
- Item must be returned in its original package.
- If item has manufacturing defects, customer must return it within the warranty period (if applicable) or within 14 days of delivery date.
- Returned items may be exchanged with other items, store credit or refunded the full paid amount (excluding delivery charges).
- Items bought in sale may only be exchanged with other sale items.
- Misused or broken items are not covered by warranty.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
- Original invoice must be submitted.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds
- Delivery charges will be excluded from the refunded amount.
- Refunds are made to the same card used for the order. Refund may take a period of time to process and show on customer's account.
- Refunds are not applicable to items past their warranty period or past 14 days of delivery date.
